Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 1xlite platform in any capacity — whether as a registered account holder or as a visitor — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with 1xlite's Privacy Policy and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the 1xlite platform. Continued use of 1xlite following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To register for a 1xlite account and access real-money gaming services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies regardless of the legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction. 1xlite enforces the 21+ standard in alignment with PAGCOR responsible gaming guidelines applicable in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You must not be accessing 1xlite from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is solely your responsibility to ensure that your use of 1xlite complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not have been previously excluded from 1xlite or any affiliated platform, whether through voluntary self-exclusion or administrative action.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during and after registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number or email address.

Each natural person is permitted to hold only one active 1xlite account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

1xlite reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account relationship, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1xlite login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose these credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your 1xlite account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be attributed to you and treated as authorised by you, unless you have notified 1xlite of unauthorised access in accordance with the procedure set out below.

In the event that you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must immediately notify 1xlite's customer support through the official live chat or contact channel. 1xlite will investigate the matter; however, the platform cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions

All financial transactions on 1xlite are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). 1xlite accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods made available on the platform from time to time. Supported methods and applicable limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. 1xlite does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 1xlite accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). You may only withdraw funds to a payment method in your own name. 1xlite will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Processing times vary by payment method:

• GCash: typically within 30 minutes during standard operating hours
• PayMaya: typically within 1–2 hours
• Bank transfer (BDO, BPI, Metrobank): typically 1 business day

1xlite reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual transactions. Withdrawal requests may be delayed pending verification of identity, source of funds, or compliance with bonus wagering requirements.

Funds deposited into your 1xlite account are used solely for gambling purposes on the platform. 1xlite does not provide financial services, and your account wallet is not a bank account, savings product, or investment instrument.

Bonuses and Promotions

1xlite offers various promotional offers, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback arrangements, and free bet credits to eligible players. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published at the time the offer is made available. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and a promotion's specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

The following general conditions apply to all 1xlite bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses must be accepted and used within the validity period specified for the offer. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your account.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.
• 1xlite reserves the right to reclaim bonus amounts and void winnings if evidence of bonus abuse is identified. This includes, but is not limited to, placing bets that do not qualify toward wagering completion, using multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, or placing low-risk bets structured to minimise variance while fulfilling wagering requirements.
• Bonuses are offered at 1xlite's discretion and may be modified, discontinued, or made subject to additional conditions at any time without prior notice.

Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

All games available on 1xlite — including live dealer casino games, slot titles, sports betting markets, sabong, bingo, and color prediction — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before wagering real money.

All casino games on 1xlite use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed third-party game providers. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in controlled studio environments. The outcomes of all games are final. 1xlite does not intervene in game outcomes and cannot reverse the result of a completed game round.

In the case of a malfunction or technical error in any game, 1xlite reserves the right to void the affected game round and return stakes to the player's account. A malfunction voids all pays and plays relating to the affected game session.

For sports betting, markets are subject to settlement rules published in the sportsbook section. Settlement is based on official results from the relevant governing body. 1xlite reserves the right to void bets placed after the official start of an event where pre-match prices were offered in error.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1xlite and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age
• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the 1xlite platform in any manner
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or with 1xlite employees
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing anomalies in games or betting markets
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment credentials to make deposits
• Laundering money or using 1xlite for any activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments
• Making false or misleading representations to 1xlite or its support staff
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or interfere with any part of the 1xlite platform's technical infrastructure

Intellectual Property

All content on the 1xlite platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game software, data compilations, and the overall design and compilation of the platform — is the property of 1xlite or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 1xlite platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the 1xlite platform without 1xlite's prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 1xlite shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the 1xlite platform
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game thereon
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data
• Gambling losses resulting from your participation in any game or betting market
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals due to circumstances outside 1xlite's reasonable control, including payment provider outages

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 1xlite's liability for death or personal injury arising from gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Responsible Gaming

1xlite is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. The platform makes the following tools available to all registered account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps can be set in your account settings and take effect immediately.
• Session Reminders: Time-based alerts notify you of your active session duration at intervals you specify.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary self-exclusion periods of 1 month, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion are available. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the elected period.

Account Suspension and Termination

1xlite reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to pass or maintain identity verification requirements
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• At the request of a regulatory or law enforcement authority
• Where required by applicable law

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued before the date of closure.

You may request the voluntary closure of your 1xlite account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure does not affect self-exclusion options, which remain available independently.

Amendments to These Terms

1xlite reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the registered email address or SMS notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless immediate implementation is required by law or regulatory direction.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the 1xlite platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

1xlite operates in alignment with the responsible gaming framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). References to PAGCOR in these Terms are for contextual compliance purposes; they do not constitute a representation of a specific licence or regulatory status.
